Drew has lost both parents {in a time span of 6 months}, we lost our precious Kita, we've had fire and floods... and today I lost one of my very dear friends.
Cathy Ramsey lost her fierce battle with ovarian cancer this morning. She was the sweetest, funniest and strongest woman I've had the privilege to know. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, tireless animal rescuer and friend. It's been a hard day here. I've cried many, many tears today. Now, I'm going to celebrate her and try and be more like her. Sorry if my post rambles tonight...
